The extension «Digital Assets Management» (DAM) allows constituting a documentary reference frame, indeed this extension makes it possible to associate to each document a series of metadata. These metadata will thus constitute these documents notice.
The DAM can be extended in order to implement a « job » categorization enriching it by additional fields. This operation is quite simple because totally in the spirit of flexibility of the DAM.
With the integration of the DAM downloading a document will then allow reaching directly its note (notice).
In the event of "massive" remote loading (téléchargement) (ftp, local area network, webdav) it is of course essential to launch a massive indexation by the interface of the DAM.

The DAM allows to restitute in front office the informations thanks to a plugin adapted, we can therefore :
- Create a downloading space with the indexed metadata
- Control the rights of access to documents depending on the net surfer profile
- Ventilate the documents according to a multidimensional categorization
