Lors de la refonte graphique du site 4% Immobilier, nous avons pris en charge non seulement l'intégration sous Typo3, mais aussi la partie "intégration" concernant la structure HTML/CSS.
En effet, lors de sa première version sous Typo3, ce site était réalisé en HTML 4.
La version de Typo3 utilisée à l'époque était une 3.62 ; il bénéficie désormais de la version 4.1.1, ainsi que d'un code XHTML Transitional, correctement structuré et valide W3C.
De nombreuses fonctionnalités ont été apportées, comme par exemple une recherche rapide sur la page d'accueil, ainsi que la mise en avant d'annonces immobilières dans la colonne de droite, dont l'affichage dynamique dépend de l'agence ou du département visité.

Immobest - www.immobest.com - is a real estate franchising member of the reduced fees agencies circle. Like 4% Immobilier , it is a web portal made with Typo3 that allows real estate agents to administer their possessions in a totally autonomous way.
Mustagency real-estate with Typo3

MustAgency is a network of real estate agencies proposing deals with reduced fees.
The Web gate www.mustagency.com set up with Typo3 allows the real-estate agents to administer their possessions directly in front office, or to export from there a management software making them completely autonomous.

Optimal referencing for 4% Immobilier
The franchising network 4% Immobilier includes about fifty agencies distributed on the whole France, it is thus important for the people in charge of the site to be correctly referenced on the cities where agencies are located. In this context it was even relatively easy to identify the strategical keywords, it was essentially about the couple "city of the agency + real-estate". A good target analysis of the keywords and the optimization of the pages of the site for these keywords (with the extension real url of Typo3 ) allowed the site 4 % Immobilier to increase its audience in a significant way on a qualified public.

4% Immobilier – A real estate site with Typo3

Since January 2000, the 4% Immobilier site was functioning with a modified version of PHP Nuke. With the development of the network, this version had become exceeded. In partnership with the company Rollnet responsible for the exploitation of the site, we led the revision of the site on a Typo3 platform. We developed an extension allowing to manage specific contents in the real-estate franchising site :
- Management of agencies and announcements
- Management of the users (customization and day before module)
- Synchronization of the advertisements base with the software of agencies management.
Intranet: the group CCBAS is equipped with an Intranet of customer follow-up
Group CCBAS encountered difficulties in the distribution of its sales force applications on a sales network distributed on 25 departments, and having a heterogeneous data-processing park.
The resumption of these tools by Oblady using Open source components made it possible for the group CCBAS to regulate any preoccupation of synchronization and a maintenance on the customers stations.
